“m0saic” covers this site (m0saic.io), the hosted web app (app.m0saic.io), the m0saic CLI, and the Mosaic Desktop beta, operated by m0saic LLC.
The m0 language, file formats, and template libraries are open — published under the licenses in their respective repositories. The rendering engine, CLI, and apps are commercial, closed-source software. A Pro license key is personal to you (one seat) and may not be shared or resold.
What you render is yours. m0saic claims no rights over your inputs or your outputs.
Pro is $15/month or $144/year, billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime — your plan runs to the end of the paid period. If something billing-related goes wrong, email us and we’ll make it right.
Free-tier renders carry a small QR provenance mark, disclosed in the CLI before rendering. Removing or obscuring it other than through a Pro license isn’t permitted. What the mark is →
Don’t use m0saic to produce unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, or to attack the service itself. That’s the whole list.
Parts of m0saic — notably Mosaic Desktop — are beta software, provided as-is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, m0saic LLC’s liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
